Based in Geneva, Illinois, Rich has held pivotal roles in proprietary trading firms, wealth management companies, stock exchanges, and healthcare organizations.
Rich’s Journey:
- Team Manager at Chicago Trading Company: Rich coached high-performance engineering teams and organized agile, cross-functional squads to effectively execute the firm’s technology and business strategy.
- VP Principal Software Architect at Envestnet, Inc: He led the re-architecture of monolithic systems, reducing operational costs and enhancing innovation. Rich also spearheaded the development of new financial planning modules and Robo Advisors.
- Director of Middleware and Gateway Development at NYSE: Rich combined various applications into a modern architecture, designed high-performance trade translation software, and implemented industry best practices.
